CDM Client Advisor
The 2015 CDM Regulations introduce several new duties and responsibilities that were not previously required of construction clients.
The client is now responsible for some of the duties that were previously carried out by the CDMC. These duties include notification to the HSE, providing the designers and the principal contractor with all relevant information. This may include existing information about the site and any surveys carried out, for example, asbestos, existing services, or any other information about the site.
